Dear Colleagues,

The Max Planck Institute for Tax Law and Public Finance is pleased to announce that they will host the seventh annual conference “Contests: Theory and Evidence”, to be held on Thursday 12 August and Friday 13 August 2021, at the historical Harnack House of the Max-Planck-Society in Berlin, Germany.

We invite theoretical, experimental, and empirical work on any aspect of contests. This year we specifically encourage submissions beyond economics: including but not limited to psychology, neuroscience, management, sports, biology, computer science etc.

The conference described here is the continuation of this conference series.
